Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email or contact form).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item may be inspected but must not be used beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

• The item should be returned in good condition.

• You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Important Notice

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return conditions.
